  • Since I have been training with Bryce I have seen such a huge difference in both my fitness and view on nutrition. What I like most is every few months we reevaluate my targets and tweak where necessary. On the training side we will look at the areas I feel I want to target harder depending on events coming up and also on the nutrition where I might need to switch meal content. This means that my programme is never the same and I am getting closer to my goals. I highly recommend Bryce.
