The platform and structure this can provide is ideal for anyone looking to improve, compete or just be part of a welcoming and helpful fitness community. It has helped me reach a level of running that I otherwise could not have without the support of a coach. With a busy lifestyle it becomes easy to avoid or neglect your training but the tailored and adaptable plans Brownlee Fitness offers are a great help in ensuring this is not the case!

Andy has been fab at helping me go from someone who had only just managed to run a 5k once, to now running 5k+ regularly through the week and actually enjoying it. I’ve never been a runner and don’t want to aim for marathons, but I have a busy life and being kept accountable (as well as making the most of the time I do have to use) is so helpful for keeping me motivated. I’d highly recommend him to anyone.

I have been coached by Andy on Monday Night Running Club for a couple of years but for the last couple of weeks, I have also joined the Brownlee Fitness Wednesday night Zwift coaching. Ensuring I am getting quality winter training is made even easier by the friendly and highly motivated athletes that I join for these sessions! Since working with Andy, I have gone from strength to strength, and being surrounded by other driven people has changed my outlook on running from viewing it as a chore...

Been working with Brownlee fitness (Andy mostly ) for 2 years. In that time I’ve gone from 4:01 to a 3:28 marathon. Training sessions are sent out over the weekend with the team adjusting to your goals and personal circumstances. Always available via to ask questions even those that are in addition to the workout plan. These are great guys to work with.

Brownlee Fitness are amazing, I joined the running squad just to get my fitness back again but the amount of coaching and support and how far my fitness has come has gone right up. Definitely recommend anyone to go on a plan even if they just want to start their fitness journey again!
