Brookover Farm

Was good for the price considering the breakfast was included and the location is great being near to Longleat Safari. Lovely walking route provided for the local area. Our cooked breakfast was the best we've had! Our host at breakfast was very accommodating too. The only downside was we couldn't have hot drinks in the room as the milk was a fair few months out of date. Worst b&b we've ever been to. Couldn't wait to leave. The room was filthy. Walls and bedding stained. Dust everywhere. Windows beyond filthy. No headboard. Horse hair in the breakfast and a dog wandering around the breakfast room. Shower was disgusting with thick mould. Needed a massive clean. 😡

My family and I had a fantastic time and will be visiting again next year. The rooms are spacious, the showers are nice and the communal dining/lounge is clean and comfortable. Being so close to and being able to ride the horses made my children's day. Brookover is a great base for visiting all the local attractions. 100% recommended.

Stayed at Brookover farm in December for the Bath Christmas markets with my wife, two children and my parents. We were allowed to drop the bags off at lunchtime and then went in to Bath for the day. Came back soaked and had a great welcome. It was lovely and warm and we dried off quickly. We were asked for our breakfast orders and what time we would like it. Lovely B&B located on a farm. The old farmhouse was warm and cozy. Amazing setting next to a river and rolling countryside, very quiet and peaceful. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Plenty of choice and cooked for a time we specified the night before.
