I joined brizfit just over a month ago and really enjoy it. The sessions are varied which keeps it interesting and both Rosie and Katy are full of energy. One of the main focuses is inclusivity and everyone is made very welcome, it's like a family. So if you are thinking of trying something no matter ability or goals or reason come and try.

I absolutely love BrizFit boot camps! I’ve been a member since earlier this year and it was just what I was looking for to challenge me. Rosie and Katy are excellent trainers and it’s such a lovely and supportive environment. Highly recommend for anyone looking to work out in a fun and engaging way.

Absolutely the best decision I've made ! Been a gym member for years but really not committed. Rosie reached out offering a small group introduction after I enquired in February. I'm now well and truly hooked on bootcamp initially thinking I'd do 2 sessions a week it's now either 4 or 5 a week I love it ! BrizFit is a really fun way to exercise and I've loved becoming part of a fitness community! Rosie and Katy are really supportive and adapt exercises to suit your abilities. I would totally recommend!

Brizfit is so much fun and personally the best form of fitness I’ve ever done. Rosie and Katy are fab and are able to adapt any exercise to your needs. Anyone looking to get into fitness, I would highly recommend!
