Utterly dire.. The absolute worst 'professional' training experience I have ever had the misfortune to encounter. Please avoid like the plague.

I completed an MFHA course through the BSC and the experience was first class! The trainer was incredible and very engaging and the booking process was simple. I received all my material through the post in a timely manner and the customer experience team were super helpful.

The worst institution to enroll, do not waste your money and TIME with them. Poor customer service , you have to wait for weeks to get a reply from them. If you call them they will ask you to wait (longgg time) they said they will call you back and never call you back. I waisted my money better look for a learning center in USA

I use this company for training (mostly their online courses) they are good quality and come with downloadable notes you can keep that are useful. he downside is they are quite glitchy and sometimes need their online support to fix (which does happen, but normally after 24 hours)

I signed for a "On-Line" course with this company as I was advised that it will be no longer than an hour to get my log in details. Well after 24 hours, 2 phone calls and a few emails I have had Zero information back from them. The payment was taken in flash, but after that you get nothing! I understand the world is very different due to COVID19, but your own website I will get details in an hours. Your staff say 1 hour wait when I phone up. But 24 hrs is getting a bit much now!
