During the Covid 19 lockdown this course acted as a lifeline for me. I live on my own and the course allowed me to build up a practice of learning to detach from the emotions and physical sensations I was feeling. The MBSR course is excellent. It gave me new knowledge and new perspectives. It doesn’t allow you to “rush” through the modules self-paced and instead teaches you patience and practice week by week. The content is accessible and explains the concepts in a way that hasn’t reached me before so it’s proven very transformational.

Managed to complete first 3 weeks. Never received the email for week 4. I tried to email and phone to resolve the issue. No reply to either. I have no idea what is going on . Save yourself 170 Pounds and look elsewhere for a mindfulness course.

I have been doing one of the online courses. Save yourself £170 and buy a book and cd on mindfulness instead as that is all that is online and very poorly presented at that. Deeply disappointed I have stuck at the course for 5 weeks thinking that the quolity will get better but it has not. If you need a cirtificate to move on to teaching mindfulness in the future then you will have to do this, if you are looking to improve your mindfulness there are loads of apps, books that are better or for...

There is no doubt that this course has had a big effect on my mental state and my attitude to life going on around me. I have been able to enjoy, probably for the first time, the world in which I live. I have spent my whole life running and racing from on thing to the next. Always busy but always in a hurry. I have started to notice things and people around me that I could not do before. I feel like a changed person. I am definitely smiling more, am more relaxed and more focused. Powerful stuff.
