  • I signed up to Anna’s online programme; and to say it’s improved my physical and mental health is an understatement. I was a little nervous as I didn’t want to become obsessive about my weight, but Anna understood this and worked very well with me to highlight the holistic benefits of movement and nutritious eating. I feel better in myself and enjoy going to the gym!! Anna is down to Earth, encouraging, and well-informed. She knows her stuff! I can’t recommend her highly enough!

  • I've just completed my first 5 weeks training with Anna - and wow! I've noticed such a big difference with how I feel and look already. I have more energy, feel lighter and starting to see some definition. I've been following a training and nutritional plan which I had never done before and very much enjoying it.   • I’ve been training with Anna for 3 months and have loved every session! The workouts are always different, and each is challenging. Anna really tailors the workouts for your goals and also how you feel. Although I haven’t stuck to the diet plan, I’ve still had noticeable weight loss and my body shape has changed shape - the waistline noticeably and my bum - my boyfriend comments on this a lot ;) I love working with Anna and look forward to continuing our training in the new year!
