  • I don't usually post reviews, but this is an exception. Bristol Krav Maga is many things; Among them, a brilliant way to keep your fitness at a good standard. A great place to learn self defense with equally great people and amazing instructors who do everything ranging from making classes fun, to pushing you to your absolute limit. A means to bring your self-confidence up massively in the long run. I've been training there for more than a year at this point and I am ever thankful for the ci...

  • I’ve been going since October 21. I wanted to improve my fitness and have the ability to defend myself if the worse were to happen. The group is full of different abilities and is very welcoming. I started off with zero experience and since then I feel I have much better confidence in defending myself and my fitness has improved significantly. If you’re looking to do Krav Maga then join either this group or the Bristol Krav Maga (KMG) Centre group as they are both run by Kelly Alderson.

  • I joined this club temporarily for a few months while living in Bristol. I have trained Krav Maga for six years with various clubs and this is by far my favourite club. Every lesson is methodically planned out, those who attend are friendly and the instructors are always happy to share their knowledge.

  • I started training Krav Maga at the start of this year and it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made in order to improve my fitness, confidence and to train with like minded individuals. Learning things that could, one day, save your life. I highly recommend to this to everyone, a fantastic club and great to be able to defend your...

  • I was nervous to try Krav Maga having never done martial arts before and am happy to say it's the longest I've ever stuck to something and will continue to attend twice weekly! Really great welcoming group of people, no trouble whatsoever going outside my usual comfort zone, great fitness, great fun and also really important skills to learn which can be used in common situations (with good advice on when to just run!). Amazing teachers, can't rate this group enough.
