Nice enough ground, but beer is a bit expensive

Had a fantastic day at Brislington FC with my son. Avid Chippenham Town supporters but when away games are too far to travel we like to support local clubs. Today was Brislington v Bishops Lydeard (4-1) So unbelievably friendly there especially the lady in the bar and the turnstile man.

Friendly little club, with a homely atmosphere. Good bar, and limited but tasty food. Ditch the single use polystyrene and help save the planet. Grass roots football at its welcoming best.

Lovely Place, I've Managed Them For Many Years On Football Manager. Was A Lovely Stint At The Club Especially The 2017-18 Fa Vase Run In Which We Started Off In The Qualifiers and Went The Distance And Won It With A Shae Yeates 94th minute Winner To Snatch It 4-3 In The Dying Embers Against Ashington AFC.
