  • Brighton & Hove City Brass opened the Sussex Sports Awards 2017 with an outstanding rendition of Sussex by the Sea. This kick started our #CelebrateSussex theme, and it did so perfectly. Working with Claire and the band was an absolute pleasure; we've had so many amazing comments about the evening and about their performance. Definitely provided the WOW factor that we were after. Thank you!

  • a small "splinter group" from this great band played at our Oktoberfest event last weekend They were incredibly good and very entertaining. They made the day perfect. Thank you from The Brooksteed Alehouse

  • Brighton & Hove City Brass Band played at my wedding earlier this summer and I couldn't recommend them highly enough. The team were incredibly easy to deal with in the lead up to the day - flexible, accommodating and friendly - and then absolutely brilliant on the day itself. • I've been playing with this friendly bunch for over 10 years and look forward to our Monday rehearsals. A highlight for me is playing at weddings where we get to entertain the guests. The band played at my own wedding (of course!) and I had so many lovely comments about how great they sounded.

  • After playing in bands for over 25 years, I joined Brighton and Hove City Brass about 18 months ago looking for a new challenge, and haven't looked back! We play a fab and varied program throughout the year, and have an enjoyable balance of contests and gigs. I've made some awesome friends, musically I've learnt so much and I look forward to rehearsal every week...what more can you want from a band?!
