Beautiful place!! We love love love Brightlingsea every part of it & so do the kids. On a hot day the Lido is a must & crabbing is always fantastic guaranteed loads of crabs from the jetty. The park this year has had a superb refurbishment and the kids spent hours playing on it. Love the little safe beach area for the kids to splash around in and then we usually grab and icecream.

Excellent couple of days moored to the Brightling harbour pontoons enjoying the Colne YC Cadet week. Enjoyed superb dinner at the Yachtsmans Arms. "Muddy boots, dogs and Kids" Says it all well done to the "team" of young ladies attending us. Plus a fine " fish & chip" Supper at the Waterside Fish Bar.
