Overview
This masterclass will help develop your confidence and knowledge in identifying and managing complex safeguarding issues.
It will help you to recognise Fabricated Induced Illness and to understand how to respond effectively when dealing with both parents and children. Additionally, we will cover other complex, challenging safeguarding issues such as addressing disguised compliance, dealing with cases of suspected child-parent abuse, and supporting children where parental mental health concerns are a complicating factor.
The masterclass will give you strategies in maintaining excellent records and chronologies of concerns as well as information on when and how to engage other professionals and agencies.
