Penguins has been an amazing experience for my son. We have been attending for about 2 1/2 years and has grown in confidence and skill over that time. He has made new friends - as have I! I would thoroughly recommend this club to anyone with a child with Down's Syndrome - it's fun and full of joy.

When we first joined our son sat in the corner all alone, now he chants “Hey Jude” everyday and recites all the names of his team members…he has friends, a social life and keeps fit at the same time, what more can you ask for! All ran by 2 wonderful selfless people, Manager Vics & Coach Al!

Wonderful project, which combines the genuine passion and commitment of the coaching team with the sense of belonging and camaraderie of the kids. Social and sports skills are taught with a smile on everyone’s face. New friends are made every week, yet another reason why my son looks forward to the training sessions and all club-related events. Thank you Penguins!

Brentford Penguins is a wonderful club. Every player is included and welcomed. My son has gone from hating football at school to it being one of the highlights of his week. His football skills, confidence and communication are all improving. The coaches are great.

It’s so much more than football, it’s a support network, it’s friendship, it’s acceptance, inclusion, exercise and fun all rolled in to one. The coaches are doing it for the right reasons and with passion, they are sharing their knowledge and expertise and giving up their time because they want to and you can feel this passion in every session they deliver. I should add it’s completely professional and progressive...
