Went to Scotland road branch. Great haircut, unfortunately really let down by service received. I have membership and pay £25 each month. The only Barber that was there told me after I had my hair cut that I still need to pay £12 for the fade. I told him I’m a member and shouldn’t need to. He said he knows nothing about any membership and I need to pay £12. I told him I would not be paying as I’d already paid. He told me to leave and enjoy my free hair cut.

Very good service. Nice barbers. Had my hair cut by Ron and it was cut just how I wanted it, And are easy to talk to, I feel like I could have a conversation with him anytime now. Definitely my preferred barbers now

We have used this barbers a lot over the years. Flavia the owner has the best barber here. Rory is absolutely fabulous. It takes a lot to please a fussy 12 year old boy. I only come here now when Rory is in. The barbers is open early 8am I'm not sure of the days and opens late on some days too. This is a review of a happy customer and her children. The barbers is also aware of what cut Stanwix school allow in their uniform policy too 😀. Come and try here you won't be disappointed 😊

Used all of the brazuca barbers in Carlisle and all are great. The owner maintains a high quality experience across all shops. Can't wait to see what the new shop is like. P.S - the new barber (Bruno I think) is one of the best they have had. 10/10
