  • I attended this centre as part of a work development programme. As a result of my management style (ex Military officer with adhd, on the autism spectrum and dyslexia), Julian made a report decision to my employer saying that I would not fit in their strategic plans moving forward. As a result of this I was dismissed with one weeks notice within 6 weeks of the course with Julians comments cited in my dismissal letter. I went to challenge this in court on grounds of disability discrimination ...

  • Brathay Trust hosted me and other apprentices for the week and it was amazing. The staff are super friendly and supportive, the food was nice and the views are spectacular. I fully recommend this trust.

  • I was there ln March 1960 on an outward bound course. Fantastic experience, always thought of it as one of the best holidays that I ever had.it was for 1 month. I was sent there by my employer at the age of 15. Great experience.

  • Arrived back at the hotel late at night. Access code for the hotel door didn't work. After contacting emergency contact details, staff member came outside and tried to prove to us we were entering access code wrong, rather than just letting us inside, after third attempt he finally got us in the property then tried to have a go at me for having an attitude problem?!? Nice hotel but terrible late night staff

  • One of the best places I have ever been to, it's an escape from the city into the beautiful mountainous country, Brathay Trust is there anyone who is interested in proper outdoor physical activities. I walked up Stickle Ghyll (Ghyll Scrambling) and enjoyed the whole thing, I would 100% recommend this to anyone and would definitely go again.
