  • I’ve not ever attempted Yoga before, so as a ‘beginner’ and a person who is not very bendy, I wondered what to expect! I attended a wellbeing and self care yoga session and it was wonderful. Becca was very welcoming and I could see her class was perfect for all levels. She caters brilliantly for all abilities and put us at ease.   • Becca is lovely! The classes are fantastic, they are relaxing and calming but also have some challenge in them!

  • Rebecca instantly makes you feel welcome and at ease. Her knowledge is great and adapts the yoga to suit you and your level making it an enjoyable class. Since not being able to attend Wednesdays regularly any more, I now attend the Wellness events she hosts. They are amazing include a good yoga session with snacks in the break, before something spiritual as a guest host. Thank you for sharing your knowledge with me.

  • I started this class recently and went on my own and felt very welcome! Becca was conscious I was a beginner and took the time to show me what to do. You can do as much as you feel you can and I didn't feel like I had to keep up with the others which had been going to the class longer than me. Would highly recommend this class 😊

  • Becca’s yoga classes are suitable for anyone whether it’s your first ever class or you’re more experienced. Her relaxing classes will give you a variety of adaptations depending on your level of flexibility. As well as the physical side of yoga she will lead you through pranayama ( controlled breathing techniques) which aids relaxation. I would wholly recommend her classes.
