Sara was a great teacher making everything very interactive, fun, and understandable (and patient when I kept messing up my pot on the wheel!). Highly entertaining yet relaxing way to spend two hours, and despite her solid guidance I’m intrigued to see how my lack of skill will influence my creations. Absolutely recommend for anyone to try

I went with two friends to Sara’s pottery classes. She is a fantastic teacher, explaining the techniques in easy to follow terms. Hands on practice and we made beautiful pottery pieces. Very relaxing activity, good fun. All tools provided, huge range of glazes. Sara has a gift to bring people together with her humour, relaxed approach and pottery.

We had a wonderful time during our two hour throwing taster session. Sara was great company, highly knowledgable, and an excellent teacher. Sara made us feel very safe (ensuring adequate ventilation, space, and cleanliness) and very comfortable. We thouroughly enjoyed our time and love that we got to create something for ourselves. We could not recommend this more highly!

We thoroughly enjoyed our two hour throwing taster session with Sara. Under her patient and expert guidance we were all able to produce at least two items despite being total beginners. And we had a lot of fun doing so!

Great time with Sara learning how to shape clay into a variety of useful things, decorate, glaze it and how to throw clay on a pottery wheel. I had never used clay before so was starting out as a total novice. No experience is needed but a sense of humour always helps. Sara is very friendly and knowledgeable. She always had a suggestion or advice if things weren't going to plan. Thoroughly recommended!
