This course will breakdown the reasons why we find some people challenging and what we can do about it to change our relationship dynamics. It will help you uncover your triggers and learn how to handle situations when your buttons are pushed. We will also nurture the relationship we have with ourselves, because it is the foundation for changing our relationship with everyone else.
You will learn a variety of meditation and mindfulness techniques to practise in your own time.
Yes. You will be given a meditation technique and ongoing guidance as part of this course and no prior experience is necessary.
Yes. Each session will be recorded and you will have access to the replays for 1 year after the course has ended.
The sessions will be recorded so you can watch them in your own time. There will be a WhatsApp group for any questions and to access the replay links.
Yes. You will be given a meditation technique and other exercises with ongoing guidance. You can also ask questions and receive guidance about any existing meditation techniques you use.
