I started training with Beth in 2020. Three years of cancer treatment had left me tired and weak. I am fortunate that she is able to visit me most weeks for a one to one session. As a blood cancer patient I really became quite immobile last winter. Since the spring of 2022 Beth has been giving me one on one sessions. She has restored my strength and given me so much mobility . May not be able to run a marathon but within my limits its made a huge difference. She is so professional and gauges my physical limits perfectly . She really has become an arm to my medical support team . Can't thank her enough

As we all make New Year resolutions to get fit and work off those extra Christmas pounds, I can highly recommend Beth’s Bounceback classes on zoom. They are tailored to those of us living with long term conditions and are fun too. Thank you Beth for your encouragement to keep us moving - ‘Exercise is medicine’!!
