I cannot recommend this gym enough, I have been a member of bottom line fitness since July and I do not regret it, rather than dreading the gym I now look forward to it! I had next to no confidence when I first started training and the thought of going into a gym seemed quite scary but my confidence has grown so much thanks to Neil, Emma & Lily.

Training with Neil and Emma has helped to achieve my training goals. From nutrition to technique, the workouts are varied but consistent to help achieve real results. A fantastic community where there is no judgment. Expert knowledge and would highly recommend anyone looking to train.

Update - we are still training with BLF and it continues to be a great experience. The program structure and exercises change regularly enough to keep interest but slow enough that we can see progression. Support continues to be excellent, guiding us through our personal goals or injury. The rest of the client base continues to be great fun and enthusiastic, which makes coming to sessions so much easier. Been with Bottom Line Fitness for 4 months now, it is so much more than a gym. As the training sessions are small the whole experience is very personal, the team get to know you really well and work with you to overcome any challenges you have. Weekly check ins are available where you give feedback on the +\- of the week, one of the team come back to you on this and uses the feedback to help you in the coming week.
