Boston Pool Loft

Such a great find in the Ropewalks area! Visiting Liverpool on a Sunday evening it was the perfect place to spend a few hours, fab choice of games, American or English pool, darts, shuffleboard, snooker, footpool, air hockey and foosball! The state of the felt on the pool tables wasn't great, but it didn't affect play. Prices were pretty reasonable, £10 for an hour.

I usually go here after work of a Thursday, I come all the way from Bootle so I expect a nice and chilled out pint. Great music selection and a large range of beers and ciders to choose from. Reasonably priced pool and snooker tables and amazing staff that will help you with any enquiries you have.

Me and friend went on Monday afternoon at 4pm. I prefer quiet times so this was perfect for me. By 6pm when we finished it was signify Alf busier. The atmosphere was great and the music wasn’t too loud. I didn’t buy any drinks but the selection looked good. Lots of pool tables, English and American, but only 2 snooker tables.

Love this place, great beer selection and some lovely pool tables and full size snooker tables to play on.. always a great atmosphere 😎

All in all this is a decent spot for some pool. The beer prices are reasonable considering location and float between £4-5 a pint depending on what you get. The Guinness is actually pretty good here too. Staff seemed nice enough and the vibe was okay, music was a bit different to what you'd expect in a pool bar (EDM, was expecting at least a little bit of rock), but it is conny square after all!
