Dan has been great, I would highly recommend getting in touch with him, I have already recommended him to others. He’s been amazing with tailoring a plan to my needs, as well as making tweaks as I progress. He has also helped me increase my range of motion and overall strength in my injured shoulder. Plus helping me ease pain and muscle stiffness that I’ve had due to the posture at work. I am not overly a gym person, but thanks to Dan I now enjoy and look forward to all my gym sessions. Again...

Highly recommend Dan Boscarino as a personal trainer as he carefully identifies your weaknesses and creates a program that is personal to you that tackles these weaknesses. He will help you achieve your goals no matter what your starting fitness level is.

I started working out on my own with a basic understanding of certain exercises but I generally didn’t know what I was doing. Dan developed a training plan for me and taught me the right techniques and form (although old habits die hard!). I feel like I’ve made a lot of progress over the past few weeks and a lot more progress to be made. Truly appreciate all of Dan’s hard work and help motivating me to work harder each time.

Excellent personal trainer. I am an unfit 67-year old and Dan has been very understanding of my needs; he has developed an evolving plan which pushes me further each week and I feel I am making good progress. He is personable, and his manner is gentle but firm, he encourages enthusiastically and applauds achievements.

I am having Boxing for Fitness training with Dan Bosfit Personal Trainer. I had zero knowledge about boxing techniques before I met Dan. He taught me some basic boxing moves for a start, and then week by week he combined those moves with HIIT to increase the intensity. I always feel great after each session. Dan knows and understands my fitness goals and helps me to achieve it. Thank you! I can't wait to learn more boxing moves from him.
