Enjoyable sessions with excellent results -
I had to train to pass a military standard fitness test. I thought it would be impossible. Within six weeks of doing two sessions a week I was at a level where I would pass. I was unable to take the test for a few more weeks and so did the introduction to running session once a week and hiit and run when I could. I smashed the test!
