Good workout at a convenient time, three days a week, very welcoming and suitable for all levels. It's much easier to be motivated with a group!
It’s great to exercise first thing in the morning and the group keeps you motivated. There’s a nice range of activities and the instructor is nice and attentive. Recommended!
7am-8am is a great time before work. Really good work out with lots of variety for overall fitness to suit all levels.
