The best way to blow the cobwebs off and get your Sunday started. The session is lead by the very knowledgeable Simon who has devised a great workout session which is fun, covers a large range of muscle groups, increases flexibility, burn calories and gets you fitter, while pushing everyone to achieve their best. Suitable for absolutely everyone regardless of their current fitness levels, can't recommend enough

If you want to get fit in an enjoyable and challenging workout, this is the one for you! I never thought I would be sprinting on a bungee rope, lifting tractor tyres, smashing tyres with a lump hammer, sprinting whilst dragging weights behind you and completing rope curls all to music on a Sunday morning. All this is under the expert supervision of Simon who even joins in whilst encouraging you to reach your goal. Come on and give it a try. You will feel amazing.

I always look foward to boot camp, your guaranteed a full on workout that will push the fittest of people! Simons always motivating us and the loud music helps too! You come away feeling awesome!
