I’ve been going to Boost Your Body twice a week for 4 years now and I love it. I feel fitter and healthier, and I dropped 2 dress sizes. Coaches are very nice and encouraging, they can give you alternatives if there’s an exercise than you can’t do due to injury etc. Give it a go, I’m so glad I did.

I absolutely love this class and that is something I never thought I would say about exercise. The instructors (every single one) are motivational and encouraging. The groups are friendly and we have fun at the same time. I am now following the diet plan and enjoying the meals. Boost your body is a yes from me.

I have now been a member for several years. It’s simply a way of life. I really enjoy weightlifting and the trainers are very knowledgeable. BYB provides lots of support and helped to pinpoint my severe intolerance to gluten. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Absolutely loving my sessions at BYB! I have tried so many gyms and exercise plans that have never worked. I don't enjoy the gym and finding BYB was such a relief. I'm trying to lose weight for my wedding in September this year and it has been made so much easier by the small groups, great PT's and convenience of sessions. Would absolutely recommend!
