Harri’s personal training sessions are always a really good mix of fun and challenge, and her super encouraging tailored approach makes clients feel supported. Harri is the most approachable nutritionist I have ever met. Her directives and advice are easily integratabtle and thoroughly considered with tips that were truly bespoke to my individual concerns. Harri has been working with me for around 2 years now. Initially from a nutritional point of view, she helped me understand my relationship with food, and tailored a plan to my needs/lifestyle rather than a fad diet or generic 'one size fits all.'
