Well equipped gym with a really great energy, John and Rich make you feel welcome and know what they’re doing. I do PT with John and it’s great, he’s teaching me what I need to do and building my confidence in the gym. I completely recommend!

Much improved gym. Close to home, handy, since lock down has been lifted the place is measurably better. Cleaner, easier to use, simple booking system. Has everything I need. Super happy. Cheers

I love this gym! I am always greeted with the smiles of the owners, very warm welcome each time I come in.They are both there to give you advice and support. Plenty of free parking space! From the car straight through the door to the gym-very comfortable especially when it is raining outside. It is always clean spacious and with all equipment you need for your personal preferences. This is the third gym I am attending and so far the best! I just regret I did not find it earlier.Well done guys...

I was recommended this gym by a family member. The training facilities are good, plenty of aquipment to use and friendly staff. I recently started to have P.T with one of the owners. He is great at what he does and they know their stuff. They push you in all the right directions. Membership is a decent price. Absolutely recommend coming here. Best gym I have been to.

Unprofessional, small, with very little guidance. Will say one thing and mean another to make you happy so they can continue overcharging you and taking your hard earned cash. They do have facilities such as a shower and changing room which you would think come as standard in most gyms but these can sometimes be inaccessible due to the owners using them to charge people for massages. overall not very pleased with the level of service I have been given and will not be renewing my membership, I...
