Chloe has helped me tremendously to change my mindset and get moving on my fitness journey. The programme, and Chloe, went above and beyond in creating a sustainable plan for me with fun workouts and helpful tips and recipe suggestions. My time with Chloe has completely changed my outlook to fitness and I loved WORKING WITH BOYDMYND!

Chloe is lovely, really knowledgeable and makes exercise fun! I’d recommend her to anyone looking for a bit of support and motivation on their path to wellness. When we did group classes, I loved how she made it accessible to everyone at different levels.

Chloe is an excellent PT instructor. I attended her Barre classes and loved them. They were challenging but energising and I looked forward to them every week as I felt my core strength improving with every session. I highly recommend her.

It was enough to see the positive impact Chloe had on a very close friend of mine for me to sign up with Chloe myself I'd had an accident and lost some fitness and strength and most importantly, I'd had a favourite dress that I couldn't get into. Five months on , I'm still with Chloe, fitter and stronger and yes, the dress now fits! I have found Chloe to be immensely kind, thoughtful and encouraging.
