Leonie has been taking me for PT sessions both face to face and via Zoom for over a year now. During that time she has really improved my core strength and gone to a lot of effort to understand the particular fitness demands of my chosen sport (cricket) and helped me re-hab from injury. Lewis is always polite and professional. He is knowledgeable and always explains in terms easy to understand what issues he has found and the problem areas he’s working on. He gives advice on exercises to to between treatments to promote recovery. The treatment room is kept clean and the whole set up is relaxed and welcoming. Highly recommend.

Having tried quite a few classes, I can honestly say this is the best Pilates instruction. Lots of support to make sure you are doing all of the moves correctly, adaptations for all abilities, kind and patient instructor. Would definitely recommend.

Pilates - Refreshes the parts other training regimes cannot reach! Great for balance, coordination and general fitness. Very complementary addition to any training regime. Also very beneficial for Parkinson's. Wish I'd been doing it when I played rugby - am sure I would have recovered quicker

Wonderful pilates instructors! Really go the extra mile and make you feel so welcome. Such an excellent age range you feel comfortable no matter your abilities or fitness levels. Lovely experience would highly recommend to all my friends.
