I’ve been attending Fellas Fitness since April, I did the first five Saturday morning bootcamps too. The difference in my resistance is amazing. There are notable differences with my body shape too, Sue is professional yet personable, I fully recommend Bodyfit For All.

Fantastic classes! I’ve done both ‘Fellas Fitness’ and ‘Bootcamp’ and found both amazing fun with steady warm ups and intense and fun main work outs with relaxing stretches. Couldn’t ask for better classes. (Reminds me of my military training...!)
