  • Adrian really knows his stuff! Pitches workouts just right. Takes into account your fitness levels and ability. The training is alway varied from cardio, weights and even some Kung fu.

She is so knowledgeable about everything to do with menopause and has directed me when I needed to know what my options were and how the best way to go about it was. Highly recommend her services.

Bodyfaze Fitness (via their coaches Karen and Adrian Browne have expertly navigated me through with both fitness schedules and (more recently) with my flexibility and elastic strength which is now improving.
