Dan is a wonderful PT, I highly recommend him. I have some issues with my shoulders which has made going to the gym or doing classes very difficult. This is why i wanted to start PT sessions because they are personal to me. Dan has been able to adapt all the exercises to accommodate my shoulder problems and I always finish our sessions having a brilliant full body workout without putting any strain on my shoulder injuries. Dan has trained me for several years now and I’d recommend him to anyone. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and ensures that sessions are kept varied and challenging. Was never to sure if it was worth paying for a pt but I went with it being new to the gym and Dan had made it very easy for me to be competent in the gym with exercises and form. I have always struggled putting weight on and within a 9 months of working with Dan I had managed to get to the heaviest I've ever managed to get! I genuinely cannot rate this company high enough especially for the price. I would never even consider using someone else.

I would highly recommend Dan if you are looking for a PT. I have been training with Dan now, twice a week for a couple of months. I wanted to enjoy the gym and build my confidence. I have previously lost the motivation to go because I didn't know how train. The sessions have been fun, and tailored to suit my needs.
