  • I've been working with Michal for only 6 weeks but I have already seen the improvements that getting a good PT can give you. He has created an excercise plan and dietary advice specifically to help me achieve my goals and so far I have lost 6kgs but more than that he provides the encouragement that I require to allow me to get up of the couch and go to the gym. I can honestly say I now look forward to going to the gym, can't recommend enough, book a consultation, you won't be disappointed.

  • The best personal trainer! I am so happy I met Mike. I lost 2 stone in 4 months. I have PCOS and problem with my knee but for Mike it wasn't problem. If you want to change your life you are in good place. I tottally recommend him.

  • Mike is an amazing guy. He listens to what you want to achieve and then designs a training plan around this. He is knowledgeable and will always find an answer for you if he doesn’t already know. I seen results every week since training with mike and even during weeks where I feel I haven’t been as good mike will always put a positive spin on things. Great support network of like minded people who work and train with mike too are there for support when needed.

  • Best PT I've had. Been with Mike for nearly 5 months and the results have been amazing. We do exercises I wouldn't have the confidence to do alone and he pushes you further then you'd go alone. He is always checking your form and correcting it where needed to ensure you don't injure yourself. I'd recommend to anyone
