Jon is a fantastic sports therapist and personal trainer. He is incredibly knowledgeable and has treated my family and I for various problems for the last 5 years. Highly recommend for a reliable, friendly, professional physio that doesn't break the bank.

I can't recommend Jon highly enough! I came to him 15 months ago with a joint issue that had been troubling me for a while and was impacting my training. Jon's diagnosis was extremely thorough and comprehensive; he treated me over a couple of sessions, supported with rehab exercises that I did myself. I have been strength training with Will for 5 months now and would highly recommend him. He is professional and knowledgeable and knows how to get the best out of you to get results. I have noticed huge improvements in energy levels, sleep and mood as well as a reduction in body fat and increased strength - not easy to do as a mid-life woman! Will always makes the sessions enjoyable and is great at putting you at ease. Would highly recommend.

I have been seeing Jon once a month for a few years now doing a combination of strength training and soft tissue work. This is as a prevention against injury from my posture due to my job. Without Jon’s help, I’m sure my ability to work long shifts, but also a long career would be cut short. I can’t recommend Jon’s expertise highly enough, thank you for all your help, I look forward to our sessions every month.
