I've been attending Victoria's group class for a few years now as I think Pilates is a great way to stay fit and healthy. It's not about pumping away at a hyped up fitness class - which tends to leave you pained and strained and less keen to return. It's about gentle but very effective movement, using all sorts of muscles in your body. Despite being a regular, no two classes seem to be the same - Victoria has a new plan each time. I loved Victoria's pregnancy pilates. She was always very attentive to check our needs and whether we were doing the exercise correctly. She also provided alternatives in case we were not able to do the exercise. I highly recommend her classes!

I have attended Victoria's classes for 3 years now and absolutely love them! Victoria is a wonderful instructor and her lessons are always varied and run so smoothly. She is knowledgeable, friendly and I enjoy her visual cues for different exercises. I always leave her classes feeling relaxed, energised and stronger. Thank you Victoria!

Victoria is a fantastic Body Control Pilates teacher - welcoming, attentive, knowledgeable and encouraging. The classes are a good size in a well lit warm room and you're welcome to leave your mat there each week, which is super convenient. Having attended both the beginners and intermediate/advanced classes, I can highly recommend these classes for new starters and people who have been practising for years.

I've been attending Victoria's classes for six months since being advised to do Pilates by my physio to help with a knee injury. Not only has coming to the class helped with my knee but I've felt real improvements in my strength and flexibility.
