  • I honestly can't recommend enough if you are looking to fall in love with exercise! I was very lazy before joining and only worked out if and when I felt like it. The community is so awesome and Karl and Mark the trainers are so much fun I look forward to boot camp as the highlight of each day! It doesn't matter what fitness level you are either, you will be made to feel great either way, and get way stronger!   • I am a new member and joined at the beginning of January 2019. I started on a 21 day accelerator programme. I have been given a lot of support from Karl and Mark. The classes are amazing and everyone is so very lovely, supportive and encouraging. 40 minutes of high intensity work outs, 2-3 times a week is achievable even with the busiest of lives.   • Awesome sessions. Always friendly, welcoming and a great bunch of people to work out with! Never any judgement and just so much encouragement every session! I’ve tried a variety of bootcamp and this one is the best by far! Loads of sessions to choose from and a wealth of knowledge in the trainers, Karl and Mark! Bonus that the workouts are 30 minutes too, no messing around for hours!! Love it! 😊👌🏻

  • I joined Body Image Boot camp 6 months ago, i hadn't any proper exercise for about 5 years, i was the heaviest I had ever been and felt very low about it. I was very nervous about going, but Karl and Mark made me feel so welcome and encourage me/us all every week. The whole crew are friendly and welcoming. I am back enjoying regular exercise, am even now beginning to crave going and gutted if I miss a session. I have even got my husband to join up. Thanks guys 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻

  • Cannot recommend Body Image Bootcamp highly enough! Well planned exercises, cracking atmosphere and the best two coaches around! Whatever your level, Mark and Karl provide motivation, encouragement and nutrition advice to help you get the most out of your workouts. A really friendly and supportive bunch!

  • Joining the Bootcamp was the best decision ever - lost weight / found new friends! Winner! Karl and Mark are great, they know their stuff and will always find the way to encourage you to give 110% during the sessions. Affordable and fun, highly recommended :)
