  • I feel lucky to have been trained by Dan! One of his best abilities is to make you feel comfortable, at ease, and confident in whatever task he has planned for the session. His intuition is amazing, as he can immediately work out when I'm struggling, and to maintain my confidence he'll make adjustments to our session.   • I can't recommend Dan highly enough. He will motivate you immensely and help you get for and have fun doing so. Dan helped me overcome many obstacles to fitness mainly a considerable back injury. He tailored our sessions around my limitations and it meant that over time and with dedication I was able to improve and be more mobile than I had been in years.

  • Dan is a fantastic personal trainer, I first went to him when he worked at LA Fitness. At first I wasn’t sure I would stick to PT training but he made every session different and I left feeling energised and good about myself. He is different from the rest, he focuses on you and your requirements and if you are struggling he will adapt the session but saying that he is still strict and makes you work hard.
