I have been training with Nory for nearly 2 years now. It has been a great journey with hard work and lots of fun. My goal was to get generally fit and healthy but also getting into a good shape for my wedding. A lot has changed: my neck and back pain disappeared, my posture has improved and I feel better and stronger than ever. Nory has a great knowledge of her profession, makes all the sessions different and challenging to achieve your goals.

I have been working with Nory for more than a year now on twice a week basis. It has been very positive both physically and also mentally. I have been training with Nory for nearly 3 years and have had a fantastic experience. She is supportive, fun and friendly and her knowledge of not only different ways to train but of how to prevent or not exacerbate injury is exceptional. My strength and mobility have improved so much and I feel better and more accepting of my body since I started training with her. She helps you to set realistic goals and tries to find out what works for you. I really recommend her.
