Scott has been training me for several years now. I work shifts but Scott is flexible and understanding towards when I can train. He always leaves me feeling motivated and mentally uplifted, listens to my training requirements and sets appropriate goals. We’ve had a great journey together so far and long may it continue.

I first started training with Scott because I had my wedding coming up and I wanted to lose some weight, tone up and feel great in my wedding dress. Scott set clear targets and with encouragement and motivation he helped me to achieve this goal. It’s now 11 months down the line and training is a part of my life. I am a 64yr old woman, who, along with a very good friend, attends physical training sessions with Body Conditioning. I have attended group sessions at Body Conditioning, led by Phil for around a year now. We go once a week and I wish it was more! Phil is the perfect balance of friendly, positive and motivational. He pushes me to make sure I have a fab workout each week. Phil has transformed the way I train and I now adopt the methods he has taught me for when I'm training solo.
