Body-Blitz Personal Training

After being a member for over 2 years and trusting Andrea Francis, she cancelled classes in Merthyr Tydfil on the Sunday night and then took the money out of my account on the Monday morning. No possible way for me attend the classes in Blaina due to work and childcare issues which I explained but she has still refused to give the money back. Totally unprofessional.

I highly recommend this company and the wonder women behind it all (andrea francis) I have seen myself lose inches, lbs (lots of them) and its motivated me no end not just physically but mentally !!! Such a supportive team of girls which I now call my body blitz family

This business has taken payment from people in Merthyr Tydfil and very conveniently the same evening has announced that there are no more classes in this area, and there are no refunds. The business owners expectation is for the people who have payed in Merthyr is for them to travel over 8 miles to use the next classes This is completely unreasonable, and unacceptable. I would highly reccomend Body-Blitz if you're looking to achieve a fitness goal such as weight loss or if you're looking to just generally improve your fitness. The staff are professional and friendly ensuring that you're provided with a great service at all times. Plenty of classes to choose from too! Thank you Body-Blitz! ☺️

I have been working with Andrea and the Body-Blitz team for some time now. Not only are the Personal Training sessions fun they are effective. I do need pushing! I had a double total knee replacements in 2016 and Andrea’s personalised fitness program ensures I get maintain maximum benefit from the long awaited surgery.
