Well, 2022 has been a year of running marathons for me, with that in mind I needed some how not to just run with my training but also build my strength up. This meant going to the gym, which i'm not good at. I started PT with Robbie and joined the HIIT classes with Demi in mid 2021 as a way back into fitness after lockdown, and am not only loving it, but really seeing and feeling the difference in my weight, fitness and strength as well.
