  • I started training with Phil on a weekly basis over 10 years ago. I wanted to re-tone all areas, to better manage my diet and to use the gym as a way of de-stressing from a demanding management role. He shaped my training regime and continually developed my routines. I cut down to 4 more focussed gym sessions per week and the results were clear to see.   • I am now in my 4th year of training with Phil and Body Active Devon. I had been a regular gym goer for many years but with Phil I have changed my routines and totally raised my output. Phil has a great knowledge of anatomy and sports physiology which he applies to the needs of the individual as well as his body massage processes. I would not hesitate to recommend Phil to anybody who wishes to begin or advance their fitness training.
