I have been training with Ben for over a year and the results have been amazing. Not only does Ben provide great PT sessions but offers so much helpful advice and knowledge around diet and nutrition. Ben takes the time to get to know you and the goals you have, making sure every single session is bespoke to you and what you need to achieve them. When I’ve met Ben I wanted to improve my physical condition. I believed that regular set personal sessions with a trainer would be a source of motivation to exercise. Especially on the days when you down or lazy, where I would probably stay in if I was training alone. Started training with Ben and absolutely loved each of my training sessions. I have seen Ben for about 4 years now and he has been so helpful as a personal trainer but more importantly as a friend. When we first met I was around 50% body fat with little muscle. I have now 25kg more muscle and we are slowly aiming to get to 10% body fat. His dedication, professionalism and expertise shines through in every training session. Wow - where do I start? One of the best decisions that I have ever made was to ask Ben to train me way back in September 2014.
