We are members here and love the flexibility of getting onto a boat all prepared and managed for you for the day without the expense or hassle of ownership. Max and the team are brilliant and super helpful for newbies to boating, which really helps with your water confidence. You can also grab a coffee and cake at the café without membership and watch them moving the boats in and out of the water to the dry stack, which is fascinating, especially for kids watching it.

What an amazing club! I joined recently as a complete newbie to boating and have only great words to say about Steve, Jake and the team. As a complete beginner these guys really know how to help you every step and give you the training to enjoy your day on the Water safely. After my first years membership here's a quick review of what I've been enjoying at Boat Club Trafalgar. Lunch trips to Cowes, weekends in Bucklers Hard and Chichester Marina, swimming off the boat in Osborne and Priory Bays, blasting around at 30knots plus between the Solent Forts as well as refreshing my skills to RYA levels in the harbour. Looking forward to doing more socially once restrictions are lifted. Great team and great boats make for great experiences.

The best way to enjoy no-stress boating! The staff could not be more friendly and helpful and there’s a great selection of boats. The location means that it’s quick to get off the motorway and on the water.

I have owned boats before but finding the boat club on my doorstep in portsmouth was a god send. The whole set up is fantastic. The team who run it are so friendly and knowledgeable and it s all geared about you getting the maximum time and fun out on the water.
