I have been working with Ben for the past 1 1/2 yrs as part of my recovery from long COVID and can’t recommend him highly enough. He is clearly very knowledgeable about the condition and stays up to date with the latest research. He designs my training plan to fit around my lifestyle and goals, and is receptive to any changes I need to make. He has a compassionate and constructive approach and is always around to answer any questions I might have.

I’ve been working Ben for a few months to help rebuild back fitness as I recover from long covid. He’s been really great to work with and is very knowledgeable in the illness. As a previously very fit person he’s helped bring my fitness forward in a manner that protects me from myself. Workouts have been personalised and progressed depending on how my body reacts. Working with Ben as my Long Covid coach has definitely been the most helpful part of my recovery. Ben helps me with personalized graded exercise in order to very slowly and thoughtfully work my way up to expanding my "energy envelope". I heard about Ben through my long covid support for endurance athletes group. Previously a marathon runner I had been finally cleared for exercise and unsure where to start. Working with Ben has given me the confidence to get back into a workout routine without over or undoing it as he both holds me back and cheers me on! Exercise is a vital part of my life and my sanity and he's been an extremely present coach every step of the way. Looking forward to moving forward this year with him!
