Blue Coast Surf & Paddle

We booked a beginners paddle boarding lesson with Adam, whilst we were on hols in the area. We met in the Portknockie Harbour which was a great setting. This was my first ever attempt and I had been very excited but nervous in advance. Adam was really reassuring and patient, and gave us a really fun lesson. He catered to my lesser ability whilst also providing an interesting lesson for my much more able partner. Adam had all range of equipment and clothing, and was kind enough to check sizes...

An amazing experience!! I had always wanted to have a go at Paddleboarding so was delighted when my dogs booked a lesson and tour for my 50th birthday :) It was brilliant. I had a blast! Adam is a fantastic teacher, guide and a really lovely person. Top notch equipment provided too. I loved every minute and had so much fun! Thank you Blue Coast Surf and Paddle. Can’t wait to do it again!

My daughter (8yrs) and I had a great morning paddle boarding. Adam and his team looked after us and we thoroughly enjoyed our first SUP experience. It was great to enjoy the sea & sun. I’m sure we’ll be back. Highly recommend if you are looking for a water sport activity.

Excellent, really enjoyable. Adam was a brilliant instructor, very good with the youngsters. Great exercise and lovely coastline at Cullen Bay. Great introduction to paddle boarding, thoroughly recommend it. The girls thought the tour they took to Bow Fiddle Rock was an incredible experience.

The Stretch and Surf Yoga Mini Retreat was excellent! Adam is a great surf instructor - his 2-hour lesson flew by and for the first time ever, I was able to stand up on the board! I loved it. And combining the surfing with Megan's lovely and calming yoga (while listening to the waves) before and after it was so good. A really great day with the opportunity to meet some lovely people, would definitely recommend!
