Blackhorse Workshop

Blackhorse Workshop is a treasure. I was looking for this sort of workshop space for a long time and finally found it. Great service for the local community and the rest of London. Great courses, friendly staff, well equipped space. I wish there were more workshops providing all the services they do and I wish I'd found them much earlier.

Had the amazing opportunity to do both the plywood planter and solid wood table classes with Emma, she’s a great instructor and has made the experience here all the better! Really excited for other classes in the future!

I've been lucky enough to work on a couple of wood turning projects here and the atmosphere is great. The team from the front desk staff, to the technicians to the full-time studio members are professional, friendly and helpful. Site is safe and socially distanced. If you're not sure about a course, take the plunge trust me I've been to loads and all have exceeded my expectations. Have a look at some of the stuff I've made with little or no experience prior.

Went for a weekend course which I enjoyed immensely. The small cafe on site is fab! Menu short but very VERY good. If you live near this place you are lucky! Great maker space and tasty brunches Sorry only photos of the course not the food 😋

Very interesting place ! I visited this venue first time for the Xmas market, people are friendly, I really enjoyed the ambient they created.
