Excellent coaches. The team can be trusted for their knowledge, experience and Safeguarding measures. These are positive role models in the society and Slough are very lucky to have such a great place that is safe for kids and adults.

My daughter went to her first MMA lesson this Saturday, alhamdulillah she loved it! definitely going back. Female instructor ( can't remember her name 🙈) was lovely, so where her daughters! Who was her little helpers during the class.
