I was fortunate enough to have been coached my Nancy before the birth of my daughter. Her teaching style and knowledge of birth is exceptional. I couldnt have been more prepared for the birth. Contrary to the impression the term hypnobirthing conjures up, in fact the course offers evidence / research based information, to empower parents to ask questions and make their own choices in the last few days of pregnancy and during labour.
